Kimberly Elise Joins Lifetime’s ‘A Day Late’, Lyndie Greenwood Added To ‘Sleepy Hollow’

Kimberly Elise, star of VH1’s new series Hit the Floor!, which was just renewed for a second season, is set co-star in the Lifetime movie A Day Late & A Dollar Short opposite Whoopi Goldberg and Ving Rhames. The drama is about a woman (Goldberg) who finds out that she has only weeks to live and sets about finding a way to get her dysfunctional but loving adult children to reconcile with each other.

Lyndie Greenwood has landed a recurring role on Fox’s freshman drama Sleepy Hollow. Greenwood, who has been recurring on the CW’s Nikita for the past three seasons, will be playing Jenny Mills, sister of the series’ female lead Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie). She is with Artist International and attorney Bill Skrzyniarz.

  • Unfortunately “A Day Late and a Dollar Short” sounds like the title of a Tyler Perry movie. I hope they change the title.
