Daren Kagasoff Gets Male Lead In Fox’s ‘Delirium’, NBC’s ‘Sixth Gun’ Casts Trio
The Secret Life Of The American Teenager‘s Daren Kagasoff has landed the male lead opposite Emma Roberts in Delirium, Fox‘s drama pilot from Karyn Usher, 20th TV and Chernin Entertainment. Based on Lauren Oliver’s bestselling book trilogy, it is set in a world where love is deemed illegal and can be eradicated with a special procedure. With 95 days to go until her scheduled treatment, Lena Holoway (Roberts) does the unthinkable: she falls in love. Kagasoff, repped by CAA and John Carrabino Management, plays Alex, a young, handsome police officer with a secret agenda, who finds himself intensely attracted to Lena.

W. Earl Brown (Deadwood), Graham McTavish (The Hobbit) and Aldis Hodge (Leverage) have been cast in NBC’s drama pilot The Sixth Gun, a Carlton Cuse-produced adaptation of the Oni Press graphic novel. Written by Ryan Condal and directed by
Jeffrey Reiner, The Sixth Gun, produced by Uni TV, is a supernatural Western which follows the story of six mythical guns, each with its own other-worldly powers. Brown will play General Oliander Hume, an undead, foul mouthed, brilliant Confederate War General that has been imprisoned for 18 years in a magical coffin. McTavish, repped by Stone Manners Salners and manager Cheri Barner, will play Silas Hedgepeth, wielder of the Fourth Gun and General Hume’s most Loyal Lieutenant. Hodge, repped by Paradigm and Jason Priluck, plays Agent Mercer, a PI looking for the missing guns. Brown, repped by Greene & Assoc. and manager Lynn Rawlins, will next be seen in Gore Verbinski’s The Lone Ranger.

Congrats to Daren! Couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy. They are lucky to have him.
Confederate Zombies = automatic WIN!
Nice casting choices for The Sixth Gun. Brown was awesome on Deadwood.
DOA with Jeffery “The Whiner” Reiner directing.
The unthinkable would be actually airing this…
Wow – Sixth Gun’s cast looks cool!!!!! I’m open to watching that!
Earl Brown is a great guy and a great actor. So glad for him.
I’m so glad to hear Aldis is cast in a new show so quickly! He’s a wonderful talent and I’m definitely going to check out this new show.
Awesome choices! Wonderful to see Aldis nabbed for a role
Can’t wait to see how he handles this one.
Cool for Daren Kagasoff, i so wanted him to get another gig, he has lot’s of charisma, among the Secret Life cast he was/is one of the most talented so i am happy by this casting news. That being said Emma Roberts is kind of meh..but maybe Daren will succeed to bring out of her some much needed sparks, i hope so !
You are an idiot and the casting team of Delirium are clearly delirius. Casting Emma Roberts is okay, she can hold her weight. But Darren Casagoff as the lead? This show just lost a viewer.
So because i don’t have the same opinion than yours i am an ‘idiot’..okkkk, whatever ah and just to persist and sign Emma Roberts sucks and Daren is great. Deal with it.
