John Leguizamo Sets Two Films Before Making ABC Pilot
EXCLUSIVE: John Leguizamo, who just made a deal to star in the ABC pilot Only Fools and Horses, has just signed for roles in the Ridley Scott-directed The Counselor and the Jeff Wadlow-scripted Kick-Ass 2. In The Counselor, he’ll play a low level drug dealer, in a Cormac McCarthy-scripted film that stars Michael Fassbender, Brad Pitt, Penelope Cruz and Cameron Diaz. In Kick-Ass 2, he’ll play Javier, the bodyguard assigned to protect aspiring evil guy Red Mist, the role to be reprised by Christopher Mintz-Plasse. Aaron Johnson and Chloe Moretz are back along with Nicolas Cage. Leguizamo is repped by UTA and The Collective.

at this point in your career you don’t need to play those roles, even before now you didn’t need to play those kinds of roles, either way you did that already
please focus your undeniable talent on playing more interesting and non-stereotypical roles/ negative portrayals of Latino characters – may be something a little more intelligent and inspiring for younger Latina/os who look up to you & your success. Try playing a non-comedic role as a lawyer, doctor or scientist. PLEASE !!!!

Johns the go to guy for a typical druggie/drug dealer role..its ashame because he’s so much more talented than that.
If John does not play drug dealers, he will be working at McDonalds.
Ffds -McDonalds ? Really ? Ever heard of ICE AGE 1,2,3 or 4….I’m sure the residuals on those alone set him up. Also it does factor that he’s playing a drug dealer in a Ridley Scott film
